Our constant drive to showcase the flavors of the world fuels our passion to provide the finest cuisine available, while honoring our commitment to local sustainability. Throughout the seasons, we search for the best local products available from a host of nearby farmers, foragers, and fishermen.Truly memorable events can be created and produced without causing measurable harm to our planet. Here are some of the things we do toward maintaining a “green” awareness:
- We participate in a single-stream recycling program.
- We recycle used cooking oils.
- We recycle our printer ink cartridges.
- We carefully and thoughtfully dispose of all fluorescent lights.
- We discontinued the use of incandescent lights.
- Our conversion to an electronic proposal system assists us in reducing our use of paper, in-house.
- Wherever possible we use post-consumer, waste-recycled paper and presentation paper goods from eco-friendly sources – this maintains our commitment to preserving the Earth’s resources.
